We are currently using Outlook and Zoom, and here’s what we’re trying to achieve:
A fixed Sales Representative must always be part of the meeting.
We have a rotating group of analysts, and we want the meeting to be booked only when one of the analysts is available.
So the meeting would be booked with 1 fixed available sales representatives + 1 available analyst out of 3 analysts
We’d like to connect both the Sales Rep's calendar and 3 analysts calendar to TidyCal, so that meeting slots are shown only when:
The Sales Rep is available, and
At least one analyst from the team is also available.
Once the meeting is booked, a Zoom link should be auto-generated and added to the invite.
Bonus: We’d love to log the booked meeting into HubSpot using direct hubspot integration or n8n.
