Add name of booking type on edit page

This is a simple tweak - to display the name of the Booking Type at the top of the edit page.

Currently when you are editing any other section apart from Details, the name of the Booking Type is not displayed anywhere.

I often are doing bulk updates to multiple Booking Types and it would be helpful to quickly see which one I am working on.
