Add separate “Use global unavailability” toggle per Booking Type

TidyCal currently lets users apply their global availability to each booking type, which is great. However, there is no way to independently apply global unavailability (specific dates/times excluded globally) to a booking type unless the booking type uses global availability entirely.

Suggested solution:
Add a second, separate checkbox to each booking type setting:

• Use global availability
• Use global unavailability (automatically excludes dates from the global unavailability list)

Both checkboxes should work independently. This would help prevent double effort and inconsistent scheduling when global blackout dates are relevant across the board.
