There are occasions when it would be good to be able to approve a meeting/booking request, before it gets auto scheduled. Certainly if working in agency mode and booking against many other calendars, but even just a single calendar- to be sure something isn't scheduled overnight for first thing in the morning for instance - even if technically there is availability on the calendar.
