Cal Invites not adding participants (organizer and invitee)

The invite for an event gets sent, but without an organizer (contact person from our company) so they have no one to reach out to before the call or ask questions to after the call. In order for me to send a follow up email, considering the email isn't in the event invite anymore, I have to go through my emails and find the specific email for this booking to find the information required. Additional steps that never happened before and internally they've shared they don't know when this will be fixed (not a priority) - I don't understand how a basic necessary function of a calendar invitation scheduler is not a priority and hasn't been fixed for months.
