Hello! Automated emails currently send on a fixed timer from the booking, with no way to suppress them based on the client's activity. The only conditions that stop an email are cancellation and unsubscribe.
This means a client who books a follow-up session the day after their first one still receives the Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 emails asking them to book again. The copy reads as if they've gone quiet when they're actively booked in, which makes the automation feel impersonal and slightly broken.
Request: an option on each automated email to skip sending if the contact has a future confirmed booking at the time the email is due. Ideally the check happens at send time rather than at scheduling time, so a rebooking made days later still suppresses the remaining emails in the sequence.
This is the single biggest gap between TidyCal's email automation and a proper drip tool. I've had to rebuild my entire follow-up sequence in Zapier with a Google Sheets lookup just to get this one behavior, and I suspect most people simply don't realize their emails are misfiring.
