Currently, "Create a Booking" appears to work as an invitation that the recipient still needs to confirm, and it expires after a certain period. In many situations, especially when I'm speaking with someone on the phone, we've already agreed on the appointment together.
In those cases, I would love the option to create a **confirmed booking** immediately, rather than sending an invitation. The client would simply receive a confirmation email with all the appointment details, and the booking would already be placed in both calendars without requiring any further action.
Another feature that would be incredibly valuable is the ability to choose a **location** when creating the booking. I work from multiple locations, and it would be helpful to select the correct location while creating the appointment so that the client immediately knows where the session will take place. This would also reduce confusion and unnecessary follow-up emails.
In short, my ideal workflow would be:
- Create a booking while speaking with the client.
- Mark it as confirmed immediately (no acceptance required).
- Select the appointment location.
- Send the client a confirmation email with all the details.
I believe these additions would make the feature much more useful for healthcare professionals and anyone who schedules appointments directly by phone.
