Hello,
I’m reaching out because I’m facing a frustrating issue when customizing appointment confirmation emails. Currently, when a client books an appointment, they fill out a questionnaire with critical details (like the reason for their visit). These responses automatically appear in my calendar, which is perfect for preparing in advance.
However, as soon as I edit the confirmation email template (to add practical details, for example), these responses completely disappear from the email… and from my calendar too! This leaves me with two choices:
Either I keep the default email (and retain the responses in my calendar),
Or I customize it (and lose all the client’s data).
It’s a real headache. What I’d like is to be able to edit the email without losing visibility of the responses in my calendar. Clients don’t need to see their own answers in the confirmation email, but I absolutely need them to organize my work effectively.
Would it be possible to decouple these two features? Ideally, the responses should stay stored in the calendar regardless of the email’s content.
Thank you in advance for your help,
