The email feature is fantastic -- thank you for adding this!
That said, I wish there were more we can do to customize. I have bookings that require weekly follow ups, and I have some that require a follow up to be sent after 3 months. Would be amazing if we can also add the feature to change the follow up schedule manually -- if we want to send the follow up email immediately, after X hours, or X days, or X weeks, or X months.
