Enable 1-Click Rebooking Across Meeting Types (Before, During & After Meetings)

I’d love the ability to rebook a client into a new meeting — including a different meeting type — directly from an existing booking, even after the meeting has started or ended.

RIGHT NOW

  • I can reschedule a meeting before it starts
    • Once the meeting begins or moves to “Past,” the reschedule option disappears
    • When rescheduling is available, I cannot change the meeting type
      This breaks the natural workflow.

In practice, most next meetings are booked at the end of the current call, while the client is engaged and ready to move forward.
