Error while deliting appointments!

When you cancel or reschedule an appointment in your Apple Calendar and send the customer a message—for example, informing them that the appointment needs to be rescheduled—the email or notification is sent to the customer, but the appointment does not automatically disappear from my calendar. I then have to delete it separately, even though I already clicked on delete or reschedule. This is very confusing and requires a lot of extra effort, as you always have to check whether the calendar is actually correct. It would be much easier if, regardless of whether you cancel an appointment from a MacBook or an iPhone, the appointment would automatically be removed from the calendar.
