Proposed variant
- A Maltese-seat/agency-style plan variant tailored for nonprofits, offered free of cost to verified nonprofit organizations.
- Access to multi-seat coordination (similar to Agency plan) with verification-based eligibility.
Rationale
- Nonprofits often operate on tight, grant-based budgets and would benefit from predictable, low-cost scheduling solutions for internal coordination, volunteer management, and program delivery.
Key expectations (roughly aligned with current TidyCal capabilities)
- Free access for verified nonprofits to a multi-seat or agency-like setup.
- Up to a substantial number of calendar connections and premium integrations similar to the Agency plan.
- Simple verification process (e.g., nonprofit status documentation) to establish eligibility.
- Maintain core features: multiple booking types, internal scheduling, reminders, and video integrations.
Impact
- Enables nonprofits to streamline internal scheduling and coordination without ongoing subscription costs.
- Encourages broader adoption and long-term loyalty to TidyCal.
