I’d love to request a feature that would make TidyCal far more powerful for agencies and sales teams.
The Problem
Right now, when multiple team members use one TidyCal workspace, we can’t fully separate communication and scheduling ownership.
This creates confusion in client conversations and reduces personalization.
Requested Features
Custom Email per Team
Each team can connect its own sending email (e.g., sales@, support@, onboarding@)
Automated notifications & reminders should come from that specific team email
Custom Calendar per Team Member
Every member connects their own calendar
Booking pages automatically assign the correct member calendar
Prevent double booking across teammates
Why This Matters
This would allow agencies and B2B sales teams to:
Run multi-department scheduling (Sales, Success, Support)
Personalize client communication
Scale outbound & inbound meetings cleanly
Compete with high-end scheduling tools without leaving TidyCal
This feature alone would make TidyCal a true team scheduling platform - not just an individual booking tool.
