When a client reschedules a meeting it is important that they indicate the reason why they have rescheduled it. Calendly has this feature. At the moment my clients are having to reschedule the meeting and then send a separate e-mail to explain the reason which is double work and the reason for rescheduling does not remain on the calendar for future reference.
