Keyword-based calendar override for availability
I would love to see a feature that allows certain booking types to ignore calendar events containing specific keywords.
In Calendly, I was able to place calendar events like “Reserved for Discovery Calls” on my calendar. These events were marked as busy, which correctly blocked other schedulers and booking tools. However, Calendly allowed a specific booking type (e.g. Discovery Calls) to override or ignore events containing that keyword, so those time slots remained bookable only for that booking type.
This is extremely useful for users who:
A keyword-based override (for example: ignore events with “reserved for discovery calls”) would allow much more precise availability control while still respecting calendar busy/free logic for all other bookings.
This would be a powerful improvement for advanced users and agencies managing complex schedules.
