We've all been there. A loyal client needs an urgent slot, or someone requests a specific time that's technically outside our hours. Yet even as the admin, we're stuck. We can't help them without going through a tedious workaround dance.
What I'd love to see: A simple "Admin Override" button when booking that lets me place appointments at ANY time, ignoring availability rules.
Why this matters:
Control: As the admin I should have the final say
Speed: No more changing settings back and forth (we're busy enough already)
Client happiness: Say yes to special requests without the headache
Peace of mind: Handle exceptions without breaking your system
