When the booking page theme background is darker color, the dropbdown menu item selections in the booking form only show the first selection to the user because the selections after the first option are in white text on a white background, and the user cannot tell if there are additional selections below the first option. This is a problem for example on the "Choose a location" selection... the first option that appears is readable because the background is darker. However additional options are not immediately visible since the background and the text for the selection are white.
