Multi-calendar setup for teams

I’m on the TidyCal Team Plan and have set up a round-robin booking type for my team of 5-6 members. However, I’ve found that only one calendar and one video conferencing tool can be synced to the booking type. Additionally, availability and notifications are all tied to the main account holder, not the individual team members.

Because of this, the round-robin feature isn’t functioning in a truly dynamic or scalable way. If a meeting is booked with one team member, that same timeslot will not be booked for other team members because it's synced to only one calendar.

I’d love to see a true multi-calendar round-robin integration, where:

  • Each team member can connect their own calendar and video conferencing tool.
  • Availability for round-robin is based on each member’s synced calendar.
  • Bookings are automatically assigned to available members, and notifications are sent directly to the respective person.
  • Ideally, there’s an admin dashboard to monitor overall booking activity and team schedules.
