I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out with a feature request regarding how TidyCal handles multi-session packages.
At the moment, I offer a one-to-one service with three options:
A single taster session
A two-session monthly package
A four-session monthly package
For the four-session package, for example, the client pays £600 upfront for the month and then books each of their four sessions individually. However, the current TidyCal setup automatically breaks the cost down per session, which is not how I want to present or sell the offer.
I would like to know if there are plans to add functionality that allows:
A client to pay the full package amount upfront (e.g., £600 for four sessions), and
Then choose whether to:
Book all four sessions at once, or
Book sessions individually as needed throughout the month.
This flexibility would greatly improve the customer experience and help coaches, consultants, and service-based professionals streamline package-based bookings without having to list each session as a separate paid product.
Is this feature currently in development, or is it something your team may consider adding to the roadmap?
