Option for recurring bookings with no end date

I’m a private tutor with many long-term students who take lessons at the same day and time every week.

I would love an option for recurring bookings to continue until cancelled, instead of requiring an “End series after [N] bookings” number.

Ideally:

• The student chooses their regular day and time only once.
• The same slot is automatically reserved every week.
• Payment is automatically collected for each lesson.
• The series continues until either the client or host cancels it.

It would also be very helpful if an occasional conflict in the host’s calendar did not prevent the entire recurring series from being booked.

If the host is unavailable for one occurrence, TidyCal could skip only that lesson and either:

• allow the student to reschedule/use that lesson later, or offer another available time that week.

The following weekly lessons would then continue at the original regular day and time.

This would be extremely useful for tutors and other professionals who work with long-term clients. We may occasionally have holidays or appointments, but we still want our clients’ regular weekly slots to remain reserved.
