I don’t want Google to be able to read my events. I use Proton for everything due to the security, except for my Tidycal bookings. At the moment I am getting a lot of conflicting bookings because Tidycal can’t read my primary calendar. A Proton calendar integration would be a huge help to me, and get me off of google’s radar completely.
