I have clients book multiple sessions at a time. Getting the same question for each booking doesn't help. An option for having the questions sent at a specified time before the meeting would be extremely helpful.
Example - Client books multiple calls over the next few months. 24 hours before the call, client gets the questions that will help for that meeting. Current process sends all questions at time of booking.
