We use Tidycal for recurring events. These events happen every 2 weeks at the same time. The presenter is one of a team.
These are marketing and information meetings for people, who want to work with us. These propects should sign up for this free meetings and receive reminder and followup emails.
There are other use cases like recurring team meetings and special events (with or without a guest maximum), where you need to manage this event, let the customer choose a date and do the followup.
Currently we use booking type "specific dates" and "Round Robin Team" for this. But it feels like a workaround and it's hard to setup and maintain. This would be a real USP - I can't find a single tool that handles this this type of event handling well.
