Rescheduling Policy Settings

At the moment, clients can reschedule up until the last minute, which isn’t always ideal. It would be great to be able to:

  • Set a cut-off time for rescheduling (e.g. 24 hours before the appointment), and

  • Limit the number of times a client can reschedule a booking.

This would help maintain better scheduling and minimize last-minute changes.
