When using Round Robin booking type for teams, part time staff are showing as available when they are not. The part time staff have set their hours under their availability in TidCal but it is not respected for team booking types.
Support Bot simply suggests:
Ensure those calendars show your non-working days as busy or off (this is what TidyCal uses to determine availability)
This is a huge nuisance because the connected Google calendar already has all day events set. The only workround is to put a meeting from 9-5 across those days marked busy time and publicly viewable. That's horrible because our users have other legitimate events on the other days because these are volunteers using their private calendars, so it really isn't working out well.
