Round Robin - Equal distribution of bookings vs. front loading the person top of the list!

Hi!

My team uses the round robin for user testing interview sign ups and we noticed that one person, if they are first on the list and available, gets assigned the most interviews by default and the third person listed gets basically none.

We are tinkering with the priority levels to offset this effect, but having a dedicated feature would be ideal.

The ask: Could the round robin feature have 2 selection options? Could look like:

  1. Random assignment: whoever is available regardless of who was assigned previously. (Vs. just always checking availability from top to bottom of the list of hosts)
  2. Ordered assignment: The assignment goes by who is available and who was the least recent to be assigned.

Ex. If Jane, John, and Jim are on a round robin booking as hosts and Jane was just assigned as host, the next scheduled booking would start with looking at John availability first, then Jim and only then check Jane's again for equal distribution of the bookings.

Thanks in advance!
