First of all, thanks for the great tool! I recently upgraded to the Teams version, but I noticed something that would make a big difference for my workflow.
I would love to have the option to select different calendars per booking type to set the availability.
Here’s an example of my use case:
For Outdoor Photoshoots, I have to keep in mind the sunset so I’ve created a special calendar with “appointments” at sunset, which means I’m no longer available after that time. I also need to consider my husband’s work shifts (on his calendar), because I can only schedule these shoots when he’s not working.
For introductory meeting, the sunset calendar and my husband’s calendar are not relevant, so only my personal calendar should be used.
Right now, I tried solving this by inviting someone into the team, so I could select different calendars that way. But this feels a bit complicated, and it also exposes the team members’ names and email addresses to clients, which is not desirable and the team members have a free account so it only possible to select 1 calendar.
Previously, I used Koalendar, which does allow selecting calendars per booking type. However, I would really prefer to fully move over to TidyCal if this feature becomes available.
