I’m a satisfied TidyCal user running an AI & automation consulting business in the EU.
I’d love to see TidyCal evolve with a few advanced features that would make it much more powerful for professionals and small agencies:
Lead routing and smart booking forms (send clients to the right service or team member)
Round-robin scheduling and collective meetings (multi-host)
Full white-label option with custom domain and brand removal
Advanced CRM & webhook integrations (for Make, n8n, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Team dashboards and analytics for group performance tracking
These are features many EU users and small automation agencies would gladly pay for — even as a “Pro” or “Teams” upgrade tier.
Is TidyCal planning to launch something like this in 2025?
If so, it would be great to know if these are already on the roadmap or open for beta testers.
