Right now, onboarding/intake questions have to be manually recreated for every single booking type or product. This becomes very time-consuming when you offer multiple services with the same core questions.
For example, if someone has 10 booking types and uses 6–7 onboarding questions for each one, they currently have to manually re-enter those same questions 60+ times.
A much better workflow would be:
A universal onboarding question set that can be created once and applied across all booking types/products by default
The ability to customise or add extra questions for specific services when needed
The option to edit the master question set and have those changes update everywhere automatically (unless overridden locally)
This would massively improve setup speed, consistency, and user experience, especially for coaches, healers, consultants, and service providers with multiple offerings.
At the moment, managing onboarding questions across many products feels repetitive and tedious. A universal system with optional per-product customisation would make TidyCal far more scalable and efficient.
