The UX does not feel intuitive or friendly.
The top needs are:
• Calendars are not syncing to my computer or iPhone despite being enabled in TidyCal
• Calenders on computer and iphone are not being read by TidyCal despite being enabled to Read
• There does not appear to be a simple way to add an event without it trying to book a window of time slots. If there is a way, it should be much easier.
• Editing a Booking is BRUTAL if not impossible.
• UX leads to changing a "booking type" page rather than actual bookings
• The Cancel button on the Booking View is a KILLER for the UX. It is too easy to mistakenly click CANCEL which nukes the event and there does not seem to be an opportunity to confirm this destructive action before it is committed.
I really wish this tool were easier and I am willing to help your dev team make the UX more friendly.
BTW, I work with a lot of devs on Video Editing software and have for many years.
Please get back to me asap as the tool does not seem to be viable and I may just book a different tool that ‘feels’ more intuitive.
